Campaign Manager
Position Description: Okta is looking for a rock star Campaign Manager that will act as quarterback across the marketing team to drive pipeline-producing integrated campaigns, on time and within budget, for key buyers and influencers in both Enterprise & Commercial segments. We are a fast-moving company so our future Campaign Manager needs to be quick on their feet and able to manage multiple critical projects without missing a beat.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas and innovative, integrated campaigns for key buyers and influencers in key personas throughout the buyers journey
- Turn solution goals and objectives into scalable, actionable integrated marketing plans that deliver results
- Quarterback across the entire marketing team (product marketing, web, PR, online, email, database, etc) to ensure high quality and timely campaign execution
- Manage and own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to ensure campaigns can be leveraged for ISV and/or Channel partners
- Collaborate with sales to ensure that sales is ready to catch campaigns as they launch
- Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
- Coordinate campaign implementation schedule to ensure campaigns are loaded on time and appropriate contact management strategies are in place
- Research new vendor and program opportunities that generate leads at target CPLs
- Implement testing methodologies (A/B) to continually improve overall initiatives
- Analyze campaign results and optimize to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance and the effectiveness of marketing spend
Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation: marketing experience in a role managing ROI-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns as well as a strong background working closely with sales and cross functional teams. ABM experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success
- Knowledge of database marketing initiatives and practices
- Track record for delivering under tight deadlines
- Highly self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you may have to wear multiple hats.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple initiatives
- Proven communication, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce. Marketo and Tableau a plus
- College degree or equivalent experience
