Note: This position is fully remote, but you must live in the state of Florida.
Who we need:
The MDT Coordinator is primarily responsible for completing phone interviews, home visits, and scheduling and completing multidisciplinary team meetings for an assigned panel of recipients and their families receiving behavior analysis services to maximize the potential of the child and provide them with optimal healthcare services. The position is also responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient’s health care needs.

What you'll need:
- Pediatric or experience and at least two (2) years of Care Coordination or Case Management experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office products, including word and excel.
- Effectively able to communicate within a team environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Medicaid experience preferred. Must have experience working in a HIPAA compliant environment.
