TLDR
Own pricing operations and data-driven optimization across markets, using an in-house tool to boost occupancy and uncover high-yield revenue opportunities.
Execute Daily Pricing Monitoring: Manage the in-house pricing tool for France and Spain, manually updating recommended prices to optimize performance and capture high-yield revenue opportunities.
Conduct Performance Deep-Dives & Maintenance: Perform regular analytical reviews of business rules to prevent performance decay, keep pricing strategies aligned with market trends, and handle the annual calendar setup for technical continuity.
Support Pricing Explorations and Carpool Growth: Monitor and analyze pricing tests, either in Western Europe or in Other countries
Analyze Market Dynamics & Competition: Execute exploratory analysis on specific variables (such as the pricing behavior of new users in relation to rising fuel costs) and manage competitive tracking tools to refine benchmarking.
Share Learnings & Keep Pricing Up-To-Date: Organize regular performance rituals with local marketplace managers to align pricing strategies with regional business objectives, and maintain comprehensive pricing rule documentation.
Starting or pursuing a Master's degree apprenticeship (end-of-course alternance) in an Engineering or Business course - You must be enrolled in a French school - Online schools won't be accepted
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of deriving synthetic insights from figures in a clear, actionable way.
Eager to manage projects both from a Business and Analytical standpoint; a prior analytics or revenue management internship would be a plus.
Proficiency in Gsheet/Excel is a must, and experience with SQL is a plus for autonomous data extraction and analysis.
Able to coordinate and work with multidisciplinary stakeholders (esp. local marketplace managers and strategy teams).
Be humble, structured, organized, highly meticulous, and possess exceptional rigor in data management and tool configuration.
Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others.
Demonstrated interest in the mobility or transportation sectors.
Fluency in French and English.
