A Day in the Life:

 

The C.A.T. Manager runs the show—owning the full throttle operation of the College Ambassador Team. This role fuels the recruitment of 40+ high-impact student influencers across top campuses, turning them into a powerhouse network that executes bold, campus-specific marketing plays.

From igniting brand visibility to unleashing hands-on product sampling and high-impact branding activations, the mission is simple: get Monster Energy into students’ hands, into their lives, and lock them in as loyal consumers. Energy amplified. Presence unleashed. Conversion driven.

The Impact You'll Make:

 

  • Develop annual strategic plans for nationwide on-campus sampling initiatives, ensuring full alignment with the overall Korea marketing strategy and effective execution to support business objectives.
  • Plan and deliver events and sampling activities tailored to the needs and interests of the target audience, capturing their attention through a student-centric approach. Collect reports from college ambassadors and continuously monitor performance to ensure effectiveness and drive ongoing optimization.
  • Recruit high-potential, influential ambassadors tailored to each campus, and motivate them to consistently deliver against performance expectations. Provide structured onboarding and ongoing training to ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality execution.
  • Track sampling volumes by campus, and manage the associated logistics and distribution of products accordingly. Ensure timely delivery of product samples and supporting brand materials, while monitoring usage to maintain efficiency and prevent shortages or excess.
  • Drive presence across key college touchpoints including campus festivals, university clubs, and grassroots events. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the program and ensure seamless execution.

Who You Are:

 

  • Education: Have a university degree in Marketing or equivalent field
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in Marketing
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in Ambassador Program Management & Consumer Marketing
  • Computer Skills: Advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Certifications and License: Driver's License
  • Additional Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities to be successful in this role: Fluent in English
