Change Management Consultant (Mexico City) hired on a project contract

Lead strategic change management programs across industries, guiding executive sponsors and teams while ensuring methodological quality and alignment of strategy to execution.
At Prosci LATAM, we are looking for a profile with strategic vision and proven experience in organizational transformation projects, supporting clients in technological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes. You will serve as a methodological reference for the practice and guide junior profiles in the execution of key projects.
What you will do
- Lead strategic change management projects across different industries and regions.
- Design and implement comprehensive change strategies (communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, sustainment).
- Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders.
- Ensure methodological quality.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and lead lessons-learned and improvement sessions.
- Promote alignment between business strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading Change Management projects.
- Solid experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders, adapting change strategies to different organizational contexts.
- Prosci Certification (highly desirable).
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools (required).
- Strong skills in consultative leadership, strategic thinking, risk management, and effective communication.
