  • Strong practical knowledge of Lithuanian accounting, tax, payroll, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Experience preparing and submitting tax declarations independently;
  • Experience with payroll accounting, salary calculations, payslips, tax/social declarations, and payroll payments;
  • Experience supporting audits, tax inspections, and statutory documentation requests.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant tax, accounting, reporting, and labour regulations
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines;
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, external providers, auditors, banks, and authorities;

  • Experience in tech/product environment;
  • Experience with accounting system implementation or migration;
  • Experience working with remote teams and international employees or contractors;
  • Experience improving or documenting accounting and finance processes.
  • You’ll be a great fit if you
  • Enjoy hands-on finance work and are comfortable owning topics end-to-end;
  • Like bringing structure, accuracy, and clarity to financial processes;
  • Want to have visibility across the full finance cycle rather than focus on one narrow area;
