Chief of Staff

As our Chief of Staff, your goal is to make the CEO’s time, information-gathering, and decision-making more efficient. We are searching for a highly qualified individual to work closely with our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a focus on building a strong team, and streamlining cross-company communication.
Your Impact
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution
- Serve as the point of contact for team members, handling issues and inquiries and developing action plans to address them
- Contribute to internal team meetings by assisting with the production of materials, taking notes, and tracking action items
- Help with the creation of company-wide presentations, sales forecasts, and other important metrics reports
- Regularly attend meetings and liaison with prospects, customers, and strategic partners
- Track the organization’s OKRs and other key project milestones/deliverables
Requirements
- You enjoy building at the earliest stages and have 5+ years administrative experience in a high-growth startup.
- You’re comfortable leading from behind the scenes and can communicate diplomatically with a variety of personality types
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Ability to diffuse work conflict without needing assistance from the executive team
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- You are proactive. You anticipate and respond to opportunities and problems before others notice them.
- Immaculate attention to detail and care for your work.
- You communicate, perform, and react well under pressure or ambiguity.
- You are adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence.

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
