About the right team member:

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to support our CEO, CFO and other members of the Leadership Team on critical strategic initiatives and to shoulder key responsibilities around company operations and internal communications. This is a great role for someone looking to gain broad exposure to the inner workings of a venture-backed growth stage company and to sharpen some of the skills required for success in an analytical or strategic role at a technology company. You’ll work closely with our company’s C-level executives and gain invaluable insight into the company’s high-level strategic priorities and operating cadence. The role sits on the company’s Finance & Analytics team.

This role is based in our new office in Missoula, MT with occasional travel to San Francisco and New York.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support CEO, CFO and other members of Leadership Team on analysis and prep work in advance of critical meetings with Board of Directors, investors, major fitness service providers, and other potential strategic partners
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on goals and targets; oversee process of setting quarterly cross-functional goals/OKRs
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of all major company initiatives and programs and use it to drive and facilitate cadence of meetings and updates
  • Attend major company program meetings and follow up on next steps on behalf of CEO and other executives
  • Draft internal communications to employee base and outside stakeholders on behalf of CEO and other executives
  • Drive ad hoc analyses in support of business initiatives as needs arise
  • Support Corporate Development initiatives including M&A and financings

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in top tier management consulting, strategy, or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and quantitative orientation as evidenced by academic study or previous job experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; can clearly and succinctly communicate insights from complex, detailed analyses as well as high-level strategic messaging
  • Highly adaptable and versatile; able to tackle a diverse set of projects and work with stakeholders across the company
