The Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff (f/m/d) to join the Visionaries Tomorrow core team – someone motivated to act as a true co-entrepreneur and sparring partner. You will work directly with the entire team and especially Founding Partner Sebastian Pollok, helping drive the firm’s long-term strategy, fund-building operations, and highest-priority projects. Note: This is a fund-building role – not an investment team track.

Requirements

What You’ll Do
– Partner with Sebastian on fund-building priorities: strategy, fundraising, investor relations, and community building.

– Serve as a thought & execution partner for the entire team in shaping our long-term vision.

– Drive high-leverage projects across operations, portfolio, and ecosystem initiatives.
– Manage and streamline entire communication streams – acting as a trusted first filter on inbound requests, drafting responses, and ensuring thoughtful, timely follow-up.
– Prepare and debrief key meetings: research, materials, and follow-through on action items.

– Own the planning and execution of key LP events, portfolio days, strategy off-sites, ecosystem gatherings, and new thematic initiatives.
– Co-lead Visionaries Tomorrow’s marketing and communications: social media, events, and PR.
– Cultivate portfolio community and knowledge sharing across LPs, founders, and partners.
– Fill gaps and firefight – from high-level strategy down to detailed execution.

Who You Are

– 2+ years of experience in consulting, startups, or other fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Haven't met that requirement yet? We still encourage you to apply and explore options with us.
– An entrepreneurial self-starter who is structured, highly organized, and execution-driven.
– Comfortable taking ownership of communications, with excellent written and verbal skills.
– High EQ and low ego – able to build trust across stakeholders from researchers to industrial CEOs.
– Analytical, process-minded, and proactive about creating clarity out of complexity.
– A good sense of humor (mandatory 😉) and passion for building something bigger than yourself.
