🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs
- Working 1-on-1 with one of our C-Levels & the board of directors, owning the development of company wide long term strategic initiatives
- Providing insightful data-driven strategic recommendations through proactive analysis of key metrics and (market) research
- Overseeing strategic business initiatives from research over development through to successful execution
- Collaborating closely with senior management and department leaders to drive the delivery of those initiatives
🤝 What sets you up for success
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record or more
- 2+ years prior work experience in professional services firms or high growth technology start-ups of more than 200 employees
- Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent end-to-end cross-functional project structuring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- A passion for solving complex problems, deep-diving into new topics, and ‘getting your hands dirty’
- High motivation and a proactive mindset
- Fluent in German & English
