Chief of Staff
Act as a central operator for the executive team, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and company-wide priorities while driving operational excellence across leadership functions.
- Own and drive the execution of CEO office priorities, including cross-functional initiatives and high-priority strategic projects
- Translate executive decisions into clear actions, accountable owners, and measurable deadlines while ensuring follow-through
- Lead end-to-end special projects such as strategic analyses, board preparation materials, and company-wide initiatives
- Support and refine executive communications including board decks, leadership updates, and internal narratives
- Manage cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives
- Own core operating rhythms including weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and board preparation
- Partner with senior leadership to support OKR definition, tracking, and performance accountability
- Identify and resolve cross-functional gaps before they escalate, ensuring smooth execution across the organization
- Surface key insights and signals from across the business to support informed executive decision-making
- Support the adoption and integration of AI tools and workflows across teams to improve operational efficiency
- 4–5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or fast-paced technology environments
- Proven ability to operate across strategy and execution in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics clearly and precisely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract key insights from complex information
- Highly organized with strong ownership mindset and consistent follow-through on commitments
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive organizational or commercial matters
- Ability to context-switch across strategic, operational, and analytical workstreams
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with experience in financial or analytical modeling
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making; SQL and AI tools are a plus
- Genuine interest in the payments, fintech, or infrastructure ecosystem is considered an advantage
