We are hiring a Chief of Staff for the CEO. This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with the CEO and the Executive team, as this person will be responsible for designing and executing strategic initiatives and operational programs across the organization. This person will be expected to work end-to-end on projects that can range from product incubation and growth strategies to M&A and partnership diligence to pricing and sales enablement initiatives, to driving executive communications with external stakeholders. Consequently, this is a unique opportunity as this role will give the individual an insider’s view on how a fast-growing business is run, opportunities to contribute to the company’s overall strategy and help drive its successful execution, and direct exposure to the executive team, functional leaders across the company, and the company’s board.

We are looking for a person who is a strategic thinker and an effective problem solver, and who has some degree of technical acumen and the ability to deeply understand our business and rapidly demonstrate impact and value to the organization. The ideal candidate has a combination of strategy and technology market experience, very strong communications and interpersonal skills, a high sense of urgency to get things done quickly, and is able to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments dealing with ambiguous and often complex problems.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in New York for our hybrid working model.

Requirements for the role are as follows:

• 4 - 8 years of tech (ideally software) industry experience in any number of roles 
• You’re a PM or an engineer looking for more management exposure
• You’re a salesperson or sales engineer looking to gain more business experience
• You work in finance but want to learn the operational side of the business 
• Strong in analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited data
• Demonstrates a high level of accountability married with a huge sense of urgency
• Ability to work with limited guidance and support
• Incredibly well organized
• Low ego
