Chief Technology Officer

Travels Group is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technological strategy and innovation. As a key member of the executive team, the CTO will drive digital transformation, optimize travel tech solutions, and ensure seamless integrations across platforms, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Innovation
  • Define and implement Travels Group’s digital transformation roadmap.
  • Oversee the development of AI-driven travel solutions, dynamic pricing engines, and predictive analytics tools.
  • Stay ahead of emerging travel tech trends and align them with business objectives.
• Product Development & Optimization
  • Lead the creation and enhancement of customer-facing platforms, including mobile applications and web portals.
  • Ensure scalability and security of digital infrastructure while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine and launch cutting-edge travel tech services.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to streamline technology integration.
  • Mentor and upskill tech professionals to drive digital excellence within the organization.
• Strategic Partnerships & Growth
  • Establish and manage partnerships with global travel technology providers and third-party API platforms.
  • Drive initiatives in cloud adoption, data security, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify investment opportunities in emerging technologies and digital travel solutions.
    

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in the travel or travel tech industry.
• Expertise in travel tech systems, AI-driven solutions, cloud computing, and data analytics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and scale high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to align technology with business growth.
• Background in software development, cybersecurity, and platform integrations is a plus.
