Client Executive – West Region
TLDR
High-impact client leadership role driving strategic financial services accounts with data analytics solutions, blending relationship management and executive-level selling.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic financial services accounts within the West region, ensuring revenue expansion and long-term relationship success
- Serve as the primary client executive contact, building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts as well as through targeted prospecting across the financial services market
- Deliver formal sales presentations, executive briefings, and tailored proposals that demonstrate the value of data, analytics, and software solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to support revenue growth and customer alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, issue resolution, and opportunity development
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account plans to support business objectives
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing market insights and feedback to improve solutions and offerings
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial services sales or enterprise account management with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- Proven ability to sell complex, data-driven, or non-tangible solutions at an executive level
- Strong understanding of financial services priorities, including risk, fraud prevention, marketing analytics, and lending solutions
- Demonstrated success in both expanding existing accounts and generating new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with strong executive presence
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% as required
