Client Growth Lead - Microsoft

As a member of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on strategic client engagement and acquisition. Main responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire potential clients for Microsoft Advertising.
  • Pitch innovative solutions tailored to client needs (new and existing clients).
  • Develop trust-based relationships with key customers.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to propose improvements.
  • Troubleshoot any issues faced by clients.
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the entire sales process, from prospecting to reporting results.
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in online advertising, media sales, business development or marketing.
  • Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges.
  • Result-oriented and data-driven operations.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep market knowledge and strong industry connections.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge
  • Proficiency in running performance campaigns (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with attribution models and experimental design.
  • Experience with tracking tools (pixels, MMPs, SDKs)
  • Personal Skills
  • Proactive commercial mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Analytical acumen and attention to detail.
  • Languages
  • English (required).
  • Tools
  • Required: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
  • Desirable: Analytics, Tag Manager, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
