About the role: 

Are you someone who loves to build lasting relationships, to deliver excellence to your clients, and to help clients realize their full potential? This is your opportunity to set the standard within a world-class Client Experience function supporting Andela’s SMB segment. 

You will own a dedicated book of business and be responsible for incremental growth within your accounts. Growth is a result of an exceptional client experience and becoming a trusted advisor so we’re looking for someone who can strategically partner with our clients while maximizing their potential with us. You’ll be accountable for setting the first impression during onboarding, measuring Andela’s impact alongside the client’s goals, running key programs like NPS, and carrying out effective issue resolution wherever necessary. 

Responsibilities:

  • Building long-term trusted advisor relationships with Andela’s clients to effectively own your book of business - think of yourself as the CEO running your book of business
  • Ensuring the profitability and stability of your client portfolio, driving incremental revenue
  • Effectively onboard new client accounts to set a positive first impression
  • Demonstrate technical and sales aptitude to partner with our clients in achieving their technology goals, scale their teams, and innovate their product offering
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to advocate and unblock in the best interest of the needs of your client
  • Maintain accurate, up to date, and transparent data in all applicable platforms for revenue tracking & account planning

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in owning a book of business and carrying a quota, particularly in an environment where the pace is accelerating and the business is changing to meet market demands
  • Experience should include accountability around core KPI’s like incremental revenue growth, renewals, churn, and other client experience measurements
  • 5+ years of client-facing work experience with at least 2 years of direct client management - direct quota carrying role experience preferred
  • Proven ability to effectively influence across stakeholder groups in the best interest of the client
  • You’re resilient and can navigate challenges
  • You take initiative by being willing to try new things and push the status quo
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with individuals of various backgrounds
  • You’re highly organized and prioritize data integrity 
  • You are highly self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • You demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities to achieve client needs and close deals
  • Proven ability to succeed in a remote-first environment

This is a fully remote/work from home role
