Client Relationship Manager
TLDR
Serve as a strategic liaison between Kochava's advanced analytics and both external clients and internal stakeholders, focusing on leveraging AI and emerging technologies for smarter workflows.
Serve as a client-facing member of the Foundry organization, acting as a strategic bridge between Data Science and the Account Management teams to recommend deeper understanding and integration of the Kochava toolset.
Consult on Advanced Measurement frameworks including incrementality testing, media mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), audience intelligence, identity resolution, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted optimization strategies.
Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and leverage AI-powered insights, automation tools, and advanced analytics methodologies to identify trends, improve campaign performance, streamline reporting workflows, enhance project execution, and support faster data-driven decision-making.
Develop and present executive-level campaign analyses, attribution reporting, and performance insights demonstrating the value and business impact of the Kochava platform and measurement ecosystem.
Provide strategic recommendations on omnichannel media activation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and KPI development across digital and traditional media channels.
Become an expert in Kochava’s platform capabilities to proactively identify client opportunities and product enhancement recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to provide client feedback loops that support roadmap prioritization, feature innovation, and emerging AI and measurement capabilities.
Lead internal and external project management initiatives including milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, implementation timelines, risk management, escalation management, and delivery coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
Deliver white-glove client service while managing high-priority accounts, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, strategic objectives, and performance expectations.
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, advanced measurement, media analytics, project management, or account management, preferably within AdTech, MarTech, Media, Analytics, or Ad Operations environments.
Experience supporting omnichannel campaigns across Mobile, Web, CTV, DOOH, OOH, Audio, Retail Media, or Theatrical advertising ecosystems strongly preferred.
BA or BS in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree in marketing, analytics, business, or quantitative discipline highly desired.
Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools, workflow automation platforms, predictive modeling concepts, machine learning-enabled reporting environments, or generative AI technologies preferred.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automation technologies to improve personal productivity, optimize workflows, enhance project management, streamline reporting, improve client efficiency, and drive stronger business outcomes.
Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, campaign measurement frameworks, KPI development, and performance analytics.
Experience working with large datasets and synthesizing complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous documentation and process management skills related to client communications, implementation timelines, technical requirements, project deliverables, and reporting workflows.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and executive-level audiences.
Proven ability to operate collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams while maintaining a client-first mindset and delivering exceptional customer service.
