About Client Success at iCapital:

Client Success includes four distinct business units together within one vertical to ensure that our clients reach their desired outcome when using our product and our services.

• Investor Relations,
• Enterprise Integration,
• Client Operations and Reporting, and
• Fund Finance

We look to anticipate client’s challenges and questions and proactively provide solutions and answers.  Our organization is keenly focused on customer support; fielding questions and issues and working collectively to solve them efficiently.  This internship will interact specifically with Investor Relations and Client Operations and Reporting although interns will have an opportunity to meet with individuals and learn about each of the distinct business.  These business are two of the largest within iCapital playing critical roles to ensure our Clients Success.

As part of the Client Success team, some areas of responsibility may include:

• Participating in project-based work integral to communicating and servicing investors and clients.
• Working with important business solution systems such as Salesforce and Fresh Service.
• Assisting with increasing team efficiency with data reviews and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate is...

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
• Possesses foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in financial markets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to take on new responsibilities and be detail oriented
• Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States*
