Client Support Agent
TLDR
Represent the brand and drive sales across client products, report daily performance to management, and build PR relationships while delivering strong customer service.
You will be responsible for:
- Representing the brand and driving sales across all client's products with some key focus
- Reporting performance and insight daily to upper management
- Confidently demonstrating and matching products to consumer needs, leading to an increase in sales
- Building productive PR relationships, providing additional support and product training to store colleagues during quieter periods
- Maximizing brand awareness with PR activities
You will have:
- Experience is preferred but not required
- A passion for PR, communications and hitting targets
- Have a great "can-do" attitude
- Demonstrate a strong ability to engage consumers
- Very strong relationship building skills
- Deliver excellent customer service and results
- A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standard
- Accountability for your own results against specified targets
