Job Description:

Our Clinical Operations team sits at the heart of service delivery, ensuring that our systems, processes, and providers operate efficiently and effectively across multiple markets. We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Analyst to support operational excellence through reporting, process optimization, and workflow execution.

The outcomes you will drive:

Performance 
Turn operational data into insights that help ThoughtFull scale smarter 

• Provide the visibility into operational and clinical performance for leaders to make informed decisions as we grow across markets. 

• Build and maintain data accuracy and reporting across systems that provides clear visibility to relevant stakeholders 

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and validation 

• Monitor service levels and operational performance to support a high-quality user experience 

• Oversee incentivization schemes for a global provider network to enable best performance and care delivery  

People 
Become a trusted operational partner across the business 

• Work closely with teams across ThoughtFull to solve challenges, improve decision-making, and ensure operational excellence supports every stage of the user and provider journey. 

• Provide stakeholders with reliable operational insights and recommendations 

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability 

Process 
Build systems that enable high-quality care at scale 

• Design, improve, and execute efficient, reliable and scalable operational workflows that support providers and internal teams 

• Build and maintain automations that reduce manual work and improve consistency 

• Create and maintain clear documentation and SOPs that improve operational resilience 

Product 
Shape a seamless experience for providers and users 

• Bridge operational realities with product development to ensure our platform continues to support exceptional care delivery and a great user experience. 

• Contribute operational insights that improve product decisions and workflows 

• Support the successful rollout of new features, services, and operational processes 

• Validate operational readiness and identify opportunities to improve the provider and user experience

Requirements

About You:

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data validation, and reporting  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 

Experience: 

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer operations, project coordination, data analysis, or a related role  

• Experience working with operational reports, dashboards, or data tracking processes  

• Experience supporting process execution, operational workflows, or administrative operations  

• Experience in digital health, SaaS, marketplace, or service-based environment preferred 

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Jira, Zendesk or similar operational platforms preferred  

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights  

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills  

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize competing deadlines  

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across functions  
• Comfortable with the use of AI tools in daily tasks and workflows  

Basic Salary Range: MYR4,000 – MYR6,200?
