Overview The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for leading the support efforts of the team. They act as the point of contact for clients to ensure all client software needs are met. The Technical Support Specialist works with project teams to support new projects and resolve critical project issues. Management experience required. Duties and Responsibilities • Development of web-based applications. • Maintenance and troubleshooting of existing code base. • Responsible for prompt resolution of critical production items. • Works with project teams to kick off and support new projects. • Setup and management of support trackers. • Liaises with customers for project and software support. • Additional duties as required. Requirements • College/University degree. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Advanced knowledge of online communication. • Extensive experience in content management. • Willingness to work overtime if necessary. • Remote, office, or hybrid work environment depending on specific position. • Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset. • Organized and focused enough to work independently as a role player within a team environment. • Leadership qualities including the ability to give/take feedback, recognition of when to delegate, and confidence.Centific is an equal opportunity employer.
