This shift works Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-10:00pm and works in person at a location in South Point, Ohio. Exact location will be given upon hire to protect client confidentiality.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CMS for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders.
Duties:
- Conduct case management with clients as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and document client progress
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Experience in outpatient settings and crisis management
- Ability to manage medical records accurately
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies
