Commercial Operations Coordinator

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and strategies to enhance productivity.
• Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Analyse sales performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast sales and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support sales teams with tools, resources, and training to improve efficiency.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales documentation, including playbooks, training materials, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to sales operations.
• Knowledge on logistics will be an added advantage
