Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Track the latest developments of blockchain laws and regulations, industry regulatory policies, accurately grasp the impact of laws and regulations and regulatory policies on the company's operations and make relevant suggestions in a timely manner.
• Assist in promoting bank account opening and license application in the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Prepare regular compliance briefings, share compliance knowledge for the team internally and update the knowledge base.
• Providing different types of compliance support work for other departments.
• Complete other work as arranged by the leadership.

Requirements

• Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in law during undergraduate or graduate studies, English CET-6 or above.
• Familiar with financial industry regulations, understand the legal regulations of finance, securities, private equity, equity, Internet, etc. or have relevant internship or working experience, with good awareness of compliance and risk control.
• Excellent English expression skills, including listening, reading and writing, especially English reading and writing skills.
• Strong execution ability, able to complete the work arranged by the leadership on time and efficiently.
• Experience in compliance and anti-money laundering in traditional banks, securities market, law firms or accounting firms (e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore) is preferred.
• Experience in compliance and anti-money laundering in the blockchain industry is preferred.
• Experience in overseas compliance and legal affairs related work is preferred.
