Compliance Operations – Sales Support Coordinator

Convera is seeking a Compliance Operations – Sales Support Coordinator. In this role, you will support Go-To-Market teams throughout client onboarding and reaccreditation activities by guiding the completion of application packages, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating the accurate submission of client information through internal systems. You will act as a key liaison between clients, sales teams, and KYC functions to support efficient account setup, maintenance, and ongoing compliance adherence. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused outcomes. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maintain high standards of compliance and operational excellence. This is a hybrid work model (onsite 2-3 times per week), working hours Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.

You will be responsible for:
- Supporting Go-To-Market teams during client onboarding and reaccreditation activities.
- Guiding application package completion and ensuring the accurate and timely submission of client information.
- Supporting account setup, maintenance, periodic reviews, and KYC documentation processes.
- Acting as a liaison between clients, Sales, Compliance, Operations, and KYC teams.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
- Resolving onboarding and documentation-related issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Contributing to process improvements and delivering a seamless client experience.
