About the Team:

Stream Research Group provides independent primary investment research to the global investment community. We are looking for a creative, hard-working, experienced compliance reviewer to work with our amazing team. This job is fast-paced and broad in scope, so agility and the ability to work under a tight deadline are key.

About the Role: 

As a Compliance Reviewer, you’ll maintain the highest legal and regulatory compliance standards of Stream’s expert transcript library by reviewing all facets of compliance throughout expert recruitment, vetting, and publication.

Who You Are:

• Strong attention to detail and experience doing compliance-related work (in the investment management or financial services industry is a plus)
• Great energy, intellectual curiosity, and a strong work ethic;
• Experience reviewing documents that may contain sensitive information
• Great communication skills both written and verbally

What You’ll Do: 

• Review nuanced written and audio content to flag any potential compliance issues.
• Apply complex regulatory compliance standards and best practices.
• Conduct online research to verify information sources and confidentiality.
• Continually building individual topic expertise across various industry sectors (e.g., healthcare, industrials, consumer, technology, etc.)
• Ensure that content quality remains consistent through close review and precise editing. 
• Audit the accuracy of transcripts and published materials.
• Review expert candidate profiles to ensure completeness, accuracy, and recruitment compliance.
• Conduct written outreach with experts to resolve profile discrepancies and compliance concerns. 
• Work inter-departmentally to complete required tasks.

Base Compensation Range*:  $48,000 - $66,000 

Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
