Construction Estimator – Division 12 Location (On-site): Colombia (all locations), Argentina (Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza), Philippines (Manila), Kenya (Nairobi), Mexico (Yucatán, Mérida). Schedule: Monday – Friday \u007C 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST) Overview We are seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and timely bids while ensuring full scope coverage and margin protection through disciplined cost analysis. This role works independently on standard projects and collaborates with leadership on more complex bids. Key Responsibilities • Perform quantity takeoffs and interpret drawings and specifications • Prepare complete, organized, and competitive bid packages • Accurately estimate labor and material costs • Review and validate vendor quotes, identifying any scope gaps • Respond to RFIs, addenda, and bid clarifications • Manage multiple bids simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines • Maintain clear and professional communication with general contractors (GCs) and vendors Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in commercial construction estimating and quantity takeoffs • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field • Advanced English level (C1+) for professional communication • Experience with Division 12 (blinds, roller shades, or related specialty trades) is a plus #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
