Consultant - HRBP ( On Contract )
TLDR
Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural transformation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to 2 x CXO level leaders.
• Translate business objectives into people strategies that drive organizational capability and performance.
• Influence and challenge senior stakeholders with data-backed insights and courageous conversations.
Talent & Organizational Development
• Drive end-to-end talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and career development.
• Identify organizational design opportunities and lead restructures, ensuring business continuity and employee engagement.
• Partner with L&D to develop and deliver Manager Development Workshops.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within assigned client groups.
Employee Relations & Culture
• Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances with a fair and legally compliant approach.
• Act as a culture champion, identifying engagement trends and partnering with leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Facilitate team effectiveness sessions and leadership offsites as needed.
Analytics
• Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, measure the impact of HR interventions, and inform decision-making.
• Partner with Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, HR Operations and Workplace Services) to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and processes.
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role supporting senior leaders.
• Demonstrated experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organization.
• Track record of leading organizational design, change management, and talent management initiatives at scale.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases end to end.

• Strong commercial acumen — you understand how businesses operate and connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills; able to navigate ambiguity and build credibility at all levels.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics tools and presenting insights to leadership.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to balance empathy with objectivity in sensitive situations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred).
• Avid AI user – help us reinvent the employee experience with AI tools.
