What will you be doing?  

• Understand and adhere to content policy 
• Understand content policy and guidelines clearly and be updated about all the changes as and when they come 
• Check the content pieces uploaded by different publishers on Glance and act according to the SOPs and policies 
• Check Glance regularly on phone and report any high-risk cases to the internal team  
• Manage the content queues and clear them up as per the throughput and quality standards. The content will be in multiple forms like text, images, audio, video etc. 
• Suggest any possible issues or loopholes in policy or guidelines and give feedback to policy team 

• User feedback processing and redressals 
• Review user reports, understand the issue and take appropriate actions 
• Laison with cross functional teams to ensure user feedback reach the right place 
• Escalate serious issues to higher management  

What do we expect from you? 

• 2-4 years of experience in content moderation / content review 
• Detailed oriented and high intent of getting things done 
• Can read, write and speak English and Hindi languages. Knowing other Indian language is even better 
• Should be enthusiastic towards content and how content can shape peoples’ lives
