Assembly is looking for a Coordinator, Affiliate Marketing for our growing and innovative Affiliate Marketing team. The Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day operations for multiple affiliate programs. The role is full-time with several opportunities for growth into more senior marketing positions. This person will be responsible for affiliate communications and general account maintenance as well as assisting Associate Managers and Managers on our Affiliate Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager & Sr. Manager manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships on various affiliate network solutions for ForwardPMX affiliate clients
- Support the Manager & Sr. Manager with the client on-boarding process including setting up new affiliate accounts
- Review and approve affiliate applications
- Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities, responding to publisher inquiries, and drafting communications/newsletters for various campaigns
- Work closely with publishers and help maximize effectiveness of each affiliate program
- Work with the team to help execute affiliate promotional strategy and develop campaign ideas
- Run client reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Work with the team to set up new offers in the affiliate networks via text and banner link
- Help create and send affiliate newsletters
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- 6 months – 1 year of in-house e-commerce or agency marketing experience – Internship experience is fine
- Basic understanding of one or more online marketing channels, such as, Affiliate, Partner, Search, CRM, PR, Social Media, Referral, Blogger and Content marketing
- Highly organized and execution focused with ability to multi-task
- Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
- Attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of work
- Quick learner, creative thinker
- Knows how to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners
- Proficiency working in Excel and Microsoft Word and comfortable with formatting and customizing reports
- Knowledge of affiliate networks (Commission Junction or Pepperjam) a plus
- Familiarity with HTML, a plus
- Experience with analytics software such as Omniture or Google Analytics, a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
