Corporate Client Manager

The Client Services Manager position is responsible for the day to day client relationship post sale for suppliers and distributors to enhance client retention and profitability. This position is responsible for proactively managing client relationships to ensure long-term strategic success. The Client Services Manager serves in a variety of roles such as team, advisor or project manager.
The Client Services Manager position fosters team work and collaborates with internal departments to ensure client needs and expectations are met. The Client Services Manager will exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices for oversight of account performance, service offering enhancements and relationship building.
The Client Services Manager works as part of the Operations department and will provide account management services to new clients during planning and implementation of various projects and ensure projects are completed on schedule. The position monitors existing client’s production performance and provides the client with recommendations for optimization. The position is responsible for monitoring and tracking of all escalated issues to resolution. The Client Services Manager will prepare, analyze, and present status reports to the client as well as prepare and present account reviews to the client on a scheduled basis.
There is a 90 day probation period within our customer support department. During the probation period, this position will work directly with team members to provide outstanding client support, nurture client relationships through technical support, and provide product and service troubleshooting to clients.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) are mandatory. Good presentation skills are required.
- ITIL Certified required
- Ability to multitask and very effective in producing results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.
- Must have strong project management skills.
- Financial management experience
- Proficient with MS Office products including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to create reports and analyze data
Education And/Or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a national Technical Fields service organization in a management capacity. Proven experience working as a managed Services Provider. Experience in a services technical field is required
