Corporate Strategy Manager

Redaptive seeks a Corporate Strategy Manager to lead a team supporting development and execution of our corporate strategy. This role provides an opportunity to drive change in an industry-leading sustainability company, solve complex corporate challenges, and contribute significantly to global sustainability solutions.
 
Working closely with Corporate Strategy & Finance, this role aims to align the organization and drive sustainable growth. At Redaptive, we’ll equip you with training and coaching to enhance problem structuring, leadership, and effectuating organizational change.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team in conducting rigorous research and data analysis to support the annual strategic planning process
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment of Redaptive’s corporate strategy across the organization, including defining & refining corporate goals & performance metrics (including OKRs)
  • Evaluate, present, and drive forward new business initiatives and opportunities based on strategic priorities
  • Implement change in the organization to reflect strategic priorities, and monitor their execution and success

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage, drive forward, and complete independent work streams to support broader initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating complex ideas effectively to executive audiences
  • Proficiency in business fundamentals, including strategy, business development, product development, project management, sales, and marketing
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment with all levels of the organization
  •  
  • Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s in economics, finance, business administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role (e.g., Corporate Development, Strategy, Consulting)

  • Nice to Have:
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
  • Creativity in problem-solving and desire to take initiative
  • Deep expertise in Energy Services or Sustainability industries

  • Behavioral Attribute:
  • A natural curiosity and keen interest in the evolving landscape of sustainability and energy services
