CRE Maintenance Advisor

We are currently looking for a CRE Maintenance Advisor to join our team.
Knowledge of:
· The Big Creek Hydroelectric Project relating to maintenance of all buildings and processes under the CRE Portfolio.
· Computerized Maintenance Management System – SAP, Archibus, Microsoft Suite, Excel, Ariba.
· O&M and Capital Budgets
· Daily Customer Service needs
· Finance Settlement Rule
· SCE PO process
Duties
- Subject Matter Expert and Data Administrator for the Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Liaison between customers and the facilities maintenance team to coordinate scheduling, prioritizing, planning and execution of work
- Partner with other organizational units (OU) working directly with Corporate Real Estate – (Environmental, Regulatory, Air Operations, Asset Management, T&D, Transportation, etc.) to ensure jobs are accurately planned for and scheduled
- Specific Daily Service Request Tasks
- When necessary, enter individual work orders
- Review planned and unplanned work requests, prioritizing resources to ensure the most efficient use of available staff based on work backlog
- § Detail - reviewing comments, proofreading, editing, and setting the priority
- Dispatch/assign to the appropriate Vendor or employee (craft, housekeeping/janitorial, cook)
- Verify that the WO was received and scheduled
- Maintain and administer asset lifecycle data in the CMMS, including asset hierarchy, equipment numbers, locations, barcodes, work order history, maintenance procedures, etc.
- Monitor updates and completion
- Validate that the Vendor or the employee has completed the close out process
- Review the Vendor invoice and approve for payment
- Assist in development and improvement of maintenance strategy including Preventive Maintenance and On-Demand Work Order management
- Documentation of system procedures
- Coach SCE Employees to use Archibus when necessary
- This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position
Qualifications
- Experience with functional level project and equipment specifications
- Two (2) or more years of combined experience in construction management and database management
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- The knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this job are a level comparable with those in a high school curriculum, plus substantial experience gained in performing general construction, maintenance, and repair work on CRE and Hydro facilities or related experience of similar level.
