Responsibilities:

• Assist Creative Team to ensure shoot days (in-house content, ecomm + campaigns) are running as efficiently as possible
• Responsible for the preparation and organisation of all stock for shoots (including preparing run sheets, rail prep and steaming)
• Responsible for organising and processing all incoming/ outgoing stock from the studio
• Communicating with other departments regarding shoot requirements/ stock deadlines and styling preferences
• Assisting with post-production image coordination and editing for content/ ecomm shoots ensuring online product deadlines are met
• Assisting with all in-house shoot admin ensuring internal documents are always up to date
• Responsible for maintenance of studio space + store room - ensuring clean, tidy + organised at all times
• Coming up with creative concepts for inhouse social & e-commerce content/ shoots (including TikTok/ Reel concepts)

Requirements

• Social savvy, highly creative and driven with a passion for content creation
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work creatively under pressure
• Content creation abilities utilising apps & software
• Ability to take direction to ensure brand alignment
• Styling skills and interest/ knowledge of trends/ fashion industry
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop + Lightroom) is preferred but not required
