Role Overview

As Creative Designer at RZR, you will design and produce high-quality multimedia content across paid social, DSPs, and ad networks — contributing directly to creative scale, quality, and execution speed for global teams.

This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design, animation, and video production, with the ability to adapt creative assets for performance-driven marketing environments. You will collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Strategists, and Project Managers to ensure outputs align with campaign objectives, platform requirements, and brand standards.

This is a night shift role, supporting mid-shift coverage across RZR's global Creative Services function.

The right person for this role takes pride in craft and moves fast without sacrificing quality — someone who can juggle multiple projects, respond quickly to performance feedback, and continuously raise the bar on what great creative execution looks like at scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, design, and produce multimedia creative assets including static ads, motion graphics, and video content
  • Adapt and optimise assets for multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, DSPs, and ad networks
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to creative guidelines across all deliverables
  • Collaborate with Creative Leads, Strategists, and Project Managers on execution
  • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Participate in creative iterations based on performance insights and feedback
  • Incorporate AI tools and automation where applicable to improve efficiency and output quality
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital advertising and multimedia design

Required Skills and Experience

Must-Have

  • 2–5+ years of experience in multimedia production, motion graphics, video editing, or digital/performance advertising design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Solid understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling
  • Experience producing assets for digital and mobile-first platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Figma, Canva, Procreate, or other interactive and emerging design tools
  • Familiarity with performance-driven creative optimisation including A/B testing and iterative creative improvements
  • Exposure to AI-powered creative tools such as generative design or automation tools
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams

Work Setup

This is a night shift, hybrid role requiring regular onsite attendance for collaboration, reviews, and team activities. Creative team members may occasionally work onsite more frequently depending on project demands. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
