Creative Director, Nordics - Stockholm

About the role
We are looking for a talented Creative Director, passionate about podcasting, sales and willing to push creative boundaries, to join our team in the Nordics. Working closely with the Sales teams in the Nordics and the rest of the Acast Creative team, as we expand our creative offering for clients and continue to deliver market-leading brand campaigns in podcasting. 

We need someone who has experience in both sales, pitching and delivering multi-layered campaigns; from identifying the opportunity, to the final post campaign presentation. Someone who can excite advertisers, agencies and podcasters alike, with creative ideas as well as ability to guide them through the creative campaign processes. You will be integral to creating the opportunities for and delivering our most creative campaigns for brands and will have one team member reporting to you.

How you will contribute

  • Support the growth of Acast Creative as the home of creative excellence for brands
  • Work closely with our Sales teams and Creative Manager in SE to respond to creative briefs and create campaign pitches and proposals
  • Take the lead on creative sessions and brainstorms (both externally with clients and internally)
  • Work with our podcasts to develop new formats that open up the possibility of brand collaborations
  • Build & strengthen Acast’s relationship with PR and creative agencies as well as media partners  - inspiring the market
  • Present internally, to clients and at industry events about the creative possibilities within podcasting
  • Work with our Creative Manager SE & Planners to ensure all campaigns are executed to the highest possible standard
  • Work with the Nordic Sales team to build out market-leading creative podcast campaign collateral and insights

Who you are

  • You are highly creative, you bring new ideas for campaigns regularly
  • You are an excellent problem-solver and possess project management skills with a solution-based attitude
  • A good understanding of media and a passion for advertising, as well as awareness of trends within advertising, podcasting and the wider cultural landscape
  • You have a drive to bring executional excellence, you are curiosity and a good at implementing new ideas
  • The ability to effectively communicate creative ideas to others and can bring ideas to life
  • You pay attention to detail, and use an analytic mindset 
  • You have a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Experience from working at creative agency or with digital audio is meriting
  • Existing relationships with Nordic media owners and creative agencies is meriting
