Join us as our new Crew Coordinator

We are looking for another member to join our Crewing team; a working environment consisting of highly skilled, positive, innovative and enthusiastic employees. As a crew coordinator you will be responsible for crewing and coordinating offshore personnel. Your tasks will include, but will not limited to; manning of designated ships according to relevant legislations, building and maintaining relationships with offshore personnel, prepare and comply with vessel budget and follow up accounting reports and organize substitute crew in the event of sickness/ absence. You will also assist in the processing and organization of VISA-applications, work permits and project specific training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree within human resource management, logistics, finance & administration or equivalent (Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education)
  • Preferably three year experience in crewing or other relevant areas within the shipping industry
  • Good written and oral communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
  • Experience with OCS HR system would be highly desirable
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
  • Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented

This role will be based in our office in Bergen or Storebø, depending on candiate
