CRM Analytics Manager

Purpose of Position

  • You would be expected to lead, reform and apply best practices of our existing global membership Casetify Club to bring better customer retention rate and hence uplift the business. The manager will need to educate the local market by customer behaviour & data insight on how to localize the program and hence enhance the program experience

Job Description

  • Pioneer a holistic vision and marketing strategy for how we onboard, engage, upsell, repurchases and prevent churn for our users on the web / app / retail platforms 
  • Become an expert on the customer journey. Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer mindsets, behavior
  • Develop user segmentation strategies that tap into the customer lifecycle
  • Drive marketing automation campaigns and other growth initiatives from end-to-end: prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
  • Define metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights
  • Extend analyses from pure CRM angles by integrating multiple data sources to cover more business analytics, and discover new insights
  • Oversee a wide range of CRM analyses, including dashboard design & development, customer analysis, and member & store segmentation.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate tests to finetone flows, segments and messages
  • Work closely with local teams on objective and direction alignment. Provide support in localizing and executing retention strategies

Requirement

  • 5+ years experience in CRM, retention or loyalty ,membership program management
  • Previous experiences with marketing automation tools such as Twilio, Salesforce would be preferred
  • Have experience in implementation of CRM tools and system from scratch  
  • Knowledge in sourcing and find suitable CRM tool to design the CRM ecosystem 
  • Experienced in defining user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, modelling and hypothesis testing
  • Analytics capabilities for understanding user behavior and developing retention strategies
  • Familiar with the execution of eDM, push notifications, in-app message and SMS
  • Understanding and working knowledge of SQL and BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI
  • Experience in managing global membership program will be a big plus 
  • Experience in omni-channel business nature is a big plus
