Crocs' Global Marketing Operations team within Crocs is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to scope, deadline, and budget. Working in partnership with global and regional marketing, creative and channel leads, you will be responsible for cross-channel communication from briefing, creation and scheduling of workstreams for digital advertising media and influencer marketing campaigns; this includes collaborating with key partners to understand requirements and lead projects to completion. This role will sit in our Broomfield, Colorado headquarters.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional project-based meetings; route work for internal approvals; communicate timelines, changes in scope and project status to regional and channel partners
- Partner with the Global Marketing Channel leads to ensure projects meet strategic business and marketing goals; coordinates the execution of strategic briefs for on time delivery
- Effectively communicates to your manager about process roadblocks and problem-solving recommendations
- Handle the scope of work, business requirements, production, and timelines of cross-media projects across all digital platforms; lead cross-functional collaboration, agency management and communication to successfully deliver media assets timely and on budget
- Works with traffic coordinator to evaluate creative project priorities and identify risks and dependencies to meeting deadlines
- Drive timelines, creative reviews, and process for content development
What You Bring to the Table
- 2 years of solid marketing project management experience including a track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong experience including project planning, timeline management, and ability to define and meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional team leadership experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively handle time, and operate with sense of urgency
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions and change
- Strong communication abilities; written and verbal
- Strong background in digital media project management preferred
- Hands on experience working in a project management system is a plus
- BS or BA in business, marketing, or related field
- Project management certifications appreciated
