OttoQa is shaping the future of AI-powered call center quality assurance. Our custom prompts are the engine behind our platform’s performance—and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious thinker to help us design, test, and refine them.

This is not a developer role. Instead, you’ll collaborate with our product team and customers to translate real-world QA challenges into precise AI instructions. If you enjoy problem-solving, pattern-spotting, and clear communication, you’ll fit right in.


What You’ll Do

  • Write, refine, and improve prompts that evaluate call center conversations
  • Test prompt performance to ensure it meets customer expectations
  • Translate client needs into logical, structured AI instructions
  • Identify inconsistencies, fix edge cases, and optimize accuracy

  • Think logically and pay close attention to detail
  • Write and communicate with clarity
  • Enjoy improving “almost right” solutions until they’re perfect
  • Are comfortable having thoughtful, solution-focused conversations with clients


Bonus Skills

  • Experience in contact centers or quality assurance
  • Familiarity with GPT-style AI tools
  • An eye for how systems might be misused or “gamed”


Position Details

  • Type: Full-time
  • Location: Erie, PA (on-site first 90 days, then remote)
  • Training: Comprehensive—no prior AI experience required
  • Pay: $18–$20/hour + benefits
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
