Customer & Licensing Support Specialist

About the role 

Bluebeam is now looking for an Customer & Licensing Support Specialist to add to our European technical support team in Stockholm. 

The Customer & Licensing Support Specialist, a mid-level customer service position, assists Bluebeam customers via telephone and email who require help in purchasing and managing their Bluebeam software licenses. This person creates quotes with adherence to sales and pricing policies,identifies and creates leads for Account Development, facilitates unique legal and financial requests, and assists with miscellaneous account-related inquiries to enable future purchases or resolve issues with existing licenses.

It is essential that this role partners with the customer at a professional level and provides effective resources or solutions within a reasonable amount of time, contributing regularly to the general improvement of the team and the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer order, product, and account inquiries.
  • Create quotes and review created quotes for accuracy.
  • Review purchase orders for adherence to sales and pricing policies and ensure that appropriate documentation and approvals are provided prior to fulfillment.
  • Respond to questions and license management requests for Bluebeam software applications.
  • Advise customers on license information and best practices for Bluebeam software license management.
  • Track customer interactions and contact data in CRM. 
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to assist customers with unique Account, Purchasing or License Management needs.

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written language, fluent in both English and Swedish. 
  • >3 years of customer service experience, and/or administrative/billing position.
  • Customer service skills!! Bluebeam has exceptional standards for customer service, not only for the clients we support, but also for our employees. It is our expectation that the person in this role enjoys working with others, helping them solve problems with a positive attitude and helpful spirit.
  • Attention to Detail. There are a lot of nuances to Bluebeam product licensing policy and procedure. It is important that team members operate with accuracy and consistency in adherence to these policy and procedures.
  • Efficiency: Ability to produce with minimal wasted effort while maintaining high quality
  • Professional maturity and self-management of workload that can vary by day, season, etc.
  • Desire to work collaboratively within a team and proactively assist outside of normal duties
