Customer Onboarding Specialist (English, Portuguese and Spanish)

Our GetResponse MAX Team is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to ensure our customers get only the best onboarding and enablement experience 🚀 Your main responsibility would be to drive our customers’ future successes!
We're looking for candidates that are available to work during shifts from 11:00-19:00 or 12:00-20:00. Candidates must be based in Poland.
As an Onboarding Specialist you will:
- onboard and train new customers in using the GetResponse MAX solution
- provide best practices to ensure our customers are achieving their initial business goals
- encourage the adoption of new features
- work with other team members to ensure the account is properly set up and integrated
- engage with customers via telephone, email and videoconferencing to collect customer insights
- help with identifying upsell opportunities
What you should bring to the role:
- excellent command of English, Portuguese and Spanish (C1)
- impeccable customer skills, a strong sense of empathy and integrity
- 1+ years of relevant experience in customer success, customer support or customer onboarding
- excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- knowledge of the online marketing industry
Nice-to-have:
- expertise in B2B SaaS Implementation and Onboarding practices is a plus
Salary range:
- Contract of employment: 5,500 - 8,000 PLN gross/month
- bonus up to 2,000 PLN gross/month
