Customer Relationship: Last Mile

Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who is capable of narrowing their focus to one singular goal, in this case, growth. The role will allow you to own complete responsibility of driving successful customer experience through visits and face to face interaction.

What we want:

• You have a vibrant mental dexterity to establish, develop and maintain business relationships with our customers to provide them with a Wow Furlenco experience.
• You are a local man who knows the city in and out.
• You have a knack for understanding people and making them feel comfortable around you.
• You are very comfortable travelling within city limits 5 days a week to put a smile on Furlenco’s customers.
• You have in the past smartly handled customer queries and concerns through face to face interaction, leading to growth in brand identity
• 1-4 years of successful customer experience record
