Customer Service Advisor with Tagalog - Night Shift

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is seeking a Customer Service Advisor with Tagalog language skills for a night shift position.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Follow company guidelines and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Fluency in Tagalog and English
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
