Customer Service & Live Ops Associate
As a Customer Service Live Operations Agent, you'll work alongside all of our UK stores and our third party partners as we look to expand our services across the UK!

-We're looking for someone to join to cover either:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Wednesday-Sunday 5pm-2am
- This role pays £10 per hour + Holiday Pay.
- This role will require rotated weekend work.
- Applications must have the right to work in the UK.
Please note that the Live Operations Agent role is temporary and will end towards the beginning of 2022.
The successful candidates to this role will be invited to join the Customer Service team at this time under the same contractual obligations. As such, we will be assessing candidates on their fit for the Customer Service Agent role as well.
What you'll get up to:
- Booking and monitoring 3rd party couriers across the UK
- Resolving account issues for stores and drivers
- Be the first point of escalation for any technical issues
- Proactively reach out to internal team members to ensure a smooth service
- Keep up to date with a rapidly growing company, and the changes that come from that.
- Monitoring schedules in advance to ensure adequate coverage
Once joining the CS team, you would be responsible for responding to customer queries over email, chat, and phone.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required
- Experience in Live Operations roles, coordinating drivers
- Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting across multiple screens showing live orders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain organised under pressure
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Experience using CS platforms to help deliver live support to customers, E.g. Kustomer, Onfleet
