Customer service with Dutch or German or French (relocation)

We are looking for Dutch, German or French speakers, to work as customer service executive in different countries over EU

Role: customer service executive

Start date: ongoing (depends on when the borders will be opened)


Your daily responsibilities:

  • Customer service/ technical support - by phone, email, chat
  • Resolving issues, responding to FAQ
  • Handling complaints

Requirements

  • Fluency in any of these languages Dutch or German or French (at least C1 level, ideally native), B2 level of English
  • Willing to relocate (Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Ireland, Romania)
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • 40 hours per week, possibly in shifts.
