Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This is a non-technical, shift-based role focused on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and supporting customer needs with empathy and efficiency. Office attendance in accordance with company policy (3x week).
What you will do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both German and English
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution
Uphold company standards and service guidelines in every interaction
Identify and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve service quality
Engage in project initiatives assigned by your manager in line (Merchant trainings, ad hoc requests)
Who you are :
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Experienced in customer service or a similar client-facing role
Preferred past experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk
Sufficient computer literacy and willing to learn new tools
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Calm under pressure and solution-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Available to work floating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, 7 days a week.
