Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft owners and charter clients, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, requests, and operational updates.
  • Prepare and communicate client reports, including trip costs, fuel spend, crew expenses, and maintenance statistics.
  • Coordinate owner and charter flights, working closely with Flight Dispatch, Crew Control, Maintenance, Safety, and Security teams.
  • Assist clients with travel requirements, operational restrictions, and special requests, including ground transportation and other ancillary services.
  • Resolve day-to-day client issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when required.
  • Gather client feedback and support continuous improvement of customer experience and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in the aviation industry in a customer service, account management, or operations role.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling client communications, flight operations, financial reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working with financial reports and client invoicing. Knowledge of the MySky platform is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with aviation software, particularly Fl3XX, is desirable.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
