Customer Success Manager

This is an office-based position, with flexibility to work from home.

At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. With over 45,000 GPUs in our fleet, we are the largest private operator of GPUs in North America. Our GPU infrastructure is delivered from seven data centers in Chicago, North Carolina, Las Vegas, New Jersey, and New York, and rivals the assets operated by the hyperscale clouds. We provide a suite of value-added services on top of access to GPU compute at scale, helping the VFX Rendering, CGI, and AI/ML markets build a more efficient and cost effective cloud infrastructure.

CoreWeave is searching for a dynamic Customer Success Mangager, who will ensure our clients are successful in using CoreWeave’s product offerings.

Your Role:

  • Interact with clients via chat and our support ticketing system (FreshDesk Services)
  • Triage incoming tickets and assign to the appropriate team member
  • Provide basic knowledge base answers to commonly asked questions
  • Manage, track and communicate bug fixes reported by clients
  • Compile and report feature requests and client feedback
  • Work closely with both support engineers and product engineers to ensure best-in-class client experiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing support role
  • Experience working with a ticketing system and support chat - FreshDesk Services a plus.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills, ensuring all communications are professional and respectful
  • Exceptionally strong customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills; focus on quality of customer experience
  • Proven success in a fast paced support environment
  • Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on customer issues

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D experience
  • ML/AI experience
  • Cloud infrastructure experience
  • Kubernetes/Docker experience
