Experience: 3–5 years in SaaS CS or Account Management

 Lead onboarding for new U.S. clients

 Conduct quarterly business reviews

 Train sales teams on Hive Perform

 Drive usage and ensure >90% retention

 Identify expansion opportunities

 Serve as senior contact for U.S. customers

 Provide technical and strategic support
